Cannot recommend you highly enough! My maid of honour (who has been a bridesmaid 7 times previously!) recommended an appointment at Kavelle for a wedding dress. From start to finish it was a dream experience – she understood exactly what I was looking for, was extremely accommodating on appointments/fittings/adjustments (I was flying across from New York for fittings) and the fully custom made dress fitted perfectly. I changed my mind twice on minor details and it was all adjusted with a smile. I could not have been happier with the whole experience!

After being let down elsewhere with only weeks until our wedding, Kavelle came to my rescue. Nothing was too much trouble. This shop is in a league of its own! It’s gorgeous and full of so many stunning gowns that it would be hard not to find ‘the one’! The staff are lovely and highly professional – Kiran assisted me and she made me feel so special. We had been to several bridal appointments and myself, my mum and all of my bridesmaids agreed that the service received in Kavelle was outstanding beyond compare. “With less than two weeks to go before my wedding, my local dry cleaners ruined my wedding dress. Not knowing what to do, I took the dress to Kavelle, where I had purchased it and asked for their advice. Kavelle & Jaspal agreed that the dress could not be worn down the aisle, and they immediately set about finding me a replacement. Due to the time restraints, we were limited on what could be done – there was no time to make the dress again – so it was down to what sample dresses they had in stock. Kavelle found a few different options in the same style as the original dress, and we eventually chose a dress that I genuinely fell in love with. They even made the alterations a priority, and within two days, I had my beautiful, new wedding dress at home! I cannot thank the girls enough for the extra lengths they went to ensure my wedding day was perfect. They went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined, and I am truly grateful.
