After visiting several bridal shops in Edinburgh, I immediately knew Kavelle was something truly special. From my very first appointment, I briefly described my dream dress and, within moments, Kavelle sketched a design that captured my vision perfectly, elevated, refined and beyond anything I could have imagined.

Working with Kavelle and her team was one of the most enjoyable parts of planning my wedding. They made me feel incredibly special throughout the entire process, creating an atmosphere where I felt comfortable, confident and truly beautiful. Kavelle is kind, funny, effortlessly chic and has an exceptional eye for design. She guided me through every detail of the couture process, resulting in the most breathtaking custom gown.

It was also wonderful to work with such a warm and talented family-run business. I am endlessly grateful and will forever cherish both the experience and the dream dress they created for me.

Cannot recommend you highly enough! My maid of honour (who has been a bridesmaid 7 times previously!) recommended an appointment at Kavelle for a wedding dress. From start to finish it was a dream experience – she understood exactly what I was looking for, was extremely accommodating on appointments/fittings/adjustments (I was flying across from New York for fittings) and the fully custom made dress fitted perfectly. I changed my mind twice on minor details and it was all adjusted with a smile. I could not have been happier with the whole experience!

After finding my dream dress at a wedding fair, I immediately booked an appointment at Kavelle. The store is absolutely stunning, and you’re made to feel truly special from the moment you arrive. There are so many gorgeous dresses to choose from!

I tried on my dress along with a few others, complete with a veil and accessories, and everything was pinned so perfectly that I could see exactly how it would fit. Kavelle’s expertise and experience shone through — she altered my dress to absolute perfection.

Kavelle, thank you for helping me find the most perfect wedding dress — I have never felt so beautiful in all my life. I would highly recommend Kavelle to any bride-to-be!

This shop is in a league of its own! It’s gorgeous and full of so many stunning gowns that it would be hard not to find ‘the one’! The staff are lovely and highly professional – Kiran assisted me and she made me feel so special. We had been to several bridal appointments and myself, my mum and all of my bridesmaids agreed that the service received in Kavelle was outstanding beyond compare. I had the absolute pleasure of buying my dream Galia Lahav gown from Kavelle, and she made the entire experience unforgettable. She worked her magic with every alteration, ensuring the dress fit perfectly while keeping the beauty and integrity of the original design.

Kavelle’s talent, attention to detail and genuine care are incredible. She made me feel so special and went above and beyond at every step.

Kavelle Couture is the best in the business! I had the loveliest experience throughout and Kavelle and the team are all fantastic.

I tried on my dress in London but being based in Edinburgh, I didn’t want to have to travel to London for all fittings/collection etc. Kavelle agreed to order the specific dress for me even though it wasn’t one she stocked in store. She ordered this directly with the designer, allowing me to get my dream dress and do all the alterations locally at Kavelle Couture.

My fittings and alterations were just perfect and the dress fitted me like a glove. I want to thank you for a beautiful experience throughout, and I would highly recommend Kavelle for your wedding dress search.

“With less than two weeks to go before my wedding, my local dry cleaners ruined my wedding dress. Not knowing what to do, I took the dress to Kavelle, where I had purchased it and asked for their advice. Kavelle & Jaspal agreed that the dress could not be worn down the aisle, and they immediately set about finding me a replacement. Due to the time restraints, we were limited on what could be done – there was no time to make the dress again – so it was down to what sample dresses they had in stock. Kavelle found a few different options in the same style as the original dress, and we eventually chose a dress that I genuinely fell in love with. They even made the alterations a priority, and within two days, I had my beautiful, new wedding dress at home! I cannot thank the girls enough for the extra lengths they went to ensure my wedding day was perfect. They went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined, and I am truly grateful.
